  • Explain the surgical availability and effectiveness of anterior surgical approaches to the CVJ (ie, transnasal, transoral, transcervical)
  • Describe the advantages and disadvantages of 360° surgical approaches to the CVJ (transnasal, transoral, transcervical, extreme lateral far lateral, and posterior approaches)
